The Operation Legal Help Ohio (OLHO) is set up to connect low-income servicemembers and veterans with volunteer lawyers willing to represent them free of charge in the following legal actions: landlord/tenant evictions, credit card debt and other consumer issues, employment and reemployment challenges (as defined under USERRA), and uncontested divorce and dissolutions. OLHO is an evolving project: the initial pilot focuses on legal issues arising in Franklin and contiguous counties; however, OLHO is actively expanding services throughout the state of Ohio.
